Like the ocean, you will embody strength, fluidity, balance, transformation, and resilience. You can expect to sweat and deepen your connection between mind and body.

Taught in Spanish but will adapt with "Spanglish" if necessary. Viniyoga is an adaptive style of yoga for everyone at all levels. It includes the use of repetition through asana, pranayama (various breathing patterns), chanting and meditation. Classes are gentle, dynamic, and focus around each of the student's needs. It’s common for the teacher to interact with students one on one and assisting in postures and support breathing techniques.

In each class there will be time for free play, group activities, and reflection, as we will present a fluid structure that allows children to engage and develop both individually and socially in a relaxed and fun environment.
